CLEARSY’s DAAT SIL2 Automatic Train Stop system is SIL2 certified by Bureau Veritas for the Corsican Railways rolling stock renovation project.
The system, currently being integrated on 3 types of train, ensures that the train stops when a red signal is crossed, thus avoiding the risk of collision on single-track sections. On the line in question, trains pass each other at village stations.
